The Great American Scam

America is setting itself up to fall for the biggest scam in its history. God led our founding fathers to form the greatest free market capitalist democracy ever known to mankind. Now, this great nation is embracing the lies, deceptions, and brainwashing of a political party obsessed with dragging the country into socialism.

Our race to the bottom began in 2020 with the questionable election of Joe Biden, an extremely liberal president. His decisions on the economy, immigration, government spending, the military, foreign affairs, and moral values grossly defied American standards and common sense. Biden chose Kamala Harris as his vice president. She was the least logical choice among numerous candidates, but she was a black woman which met his announced DEI criteria. After three-and-a-half years, both Biden and Harris were polling as one of the worst performing Executive Branch teams in our history. At that point, very bizarre things started happening.

President Biden “suspended” his reelection campaign under overwhelming pressure from his own party, and Harris was “coronated” the new Democratic presidential candidate. This was the Democrats’ choice for the leader of the free world although she had failed miserably in her presidential race primary, was described as likely the worst vice president in history, was a far-left radical, and had no record of doing much of anything in her VP position. However, at the time of her no-primary nomination, there was seemingly a miracle happening in the Democratic Party. Suddenly, Kamala Harris was the queen of the ball. She was instantly deemed highly intelligent, an excellent leader with a long, sterling record of accomplishments, and a moderate on the political spectrum. The Cinderella woman received a magic make-over concocted by her party and the news media.

Vice President Harris served less than one term in the Senate. VoteView, an independent organization that ranks senators according to their left-right voting record, listed Harris as the second most liberal Senator in the 21st century–more liberal than Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders. As California’s attorney general, her official actions consistenly reflected an extreme leftest philosophy. She passionately supported defunding law enforcement, bail for hardened criminals, virtually unlimited abortion, extreme environmentalism, Medicare for all, overarching government control, and a host of other Marxist beliefs. Then, her radical Socialist world view immediately flip-flopped toward the center when she became a presidential candidate.

Now, at less than two months from election day, she still refuses to talk about those long-held values that would repulse nearly every American and is focusing almost solely on her false whiplash turn to a moderate view. She knew she couldn’t win the election advocating her real beliefs. Even Bernie Sanders said she was flip-flopping her positions to get elected. In her heart, she is still the same radical Socialist she was from her early adult life through her vice presidency.

Many Americans see right through this thinly-veiled facade. But, sadly, many–perhaps most–of our population is mesmerized by her appealing rhetoric, her false promises, and her younger age. Almost everything she says can be credibly countered based on years of previous statements and actions. She is a hologram–a counterfeit person who is not really whom she pretends to be. The news media, the performing arts community, and the academia elites, fronts for the Democratic Party and purveyors of Socialism, are apparently willing to go to any length to ensure Harris’s success. We must not only question every word that comes from Harris’s mouth, but also every report about her from these sources.

Half of America is taking the bait hook, line, and sinker. They are being taken for a ride in the biggest scam ever foisted on our nation. Pray that enough victims of this fraud see the light of truth before they cast their vote. We must not allow the leader of America and the free world to be a radical Socialist.

Dear Voter, It’s For Your Children and Grandchildren

Elections are always overly focused on candidates and issues. But the consequences of elections have little to do with candidates and issues. Elections have everything to do with the direction of our nation and the shaping of our culture. Too often, we vote on today’s situations while disregarding the tomorrow our vote will create.

In this year’s presidential election, the vast majority of voters seem to be determined to vote based on their opinion of President Trump. Relatively few are really pumped about Biden, but many will vote for him just to get rid of Trump. Their vote is a referendum on Trump’s unpleasant personality, Covid-19 frustrations, and the current state of the economy. How tragic it is that so many voters will disregard the America that a Biden presidency will create for our children and grandchildren.

Regardless of one’s personal assessment of Trump, no one can deny that his pre-pandemic America was on a rocket launch trajectory. The booming economy was breaking all records, patriotism was returning, allies were stepping up to Trump’s demands for fairness, enemies were making concessions to his defense posturing, the nation was regaining its prominence, Constitutional freedoms were being reclaimed. Law and order were respected. In just three years, we had reconstructed a future for our children and grandchildren that would be even better than what we had enjoyed.

Regardless of one’s personal assessment of Biden, no one can deny that his post-pandemic America would be on a rocket reentry trajectory. The economy would weaken severely under Biden’s over-regulation of business, higher taxes, and the “Green New Deal.” His foreign policy would return to propping up wealthy allies and kowtowing to our enemies. Our military would be hamstrung again, and attacks on Constitutional freedoms would resurface. Law and order would be degraded.

The only checks to the radical socialist movement sweeping our nation have been President Trump and conservatives in Congress. If these checks were removed, we would be setting the table for a crippling culture inherited by our children and grandchildren. At an alarming rate, we are moving away from the traditional quality of life, growth opportunities, and freedoms we all have taken for granted. The exponential rate of movement toward Socialism in a four-year term led by Biden and the liberal Democrats would be devastating and probably irreversible. Is that really the America we want our children and grandchildren to credit us for?

Please take just a moment right now to imagine America as you would want it for your children and grandchildren. Then decide which candidates for the White House, the Senate, and the House of Representatives will lead America in that direction. Vote unselfishly for those candidates. Give little or no consideration for personalities or the current state of affairs which will ultimately be of little importance.

I will vote for an America even better than the America I enjoyed–for my children and grandchildren.

America’s Greatest Threat: The Cultural Cancer

The greatest threat to America is not North Korea, Russia, Iran, or any external enemy. Radical liberalism, our worst enemy, is growing exponentially in our country as a cultural cancer. Like cancer it can’t be cured, but it can be forced into remission. Saving America from radical liberalism will only be possible if all citizens who truly love their country draw a line in the sand now.

Radical liberals will always claim they love America. They don’t love the country of our forefathers–the country that, by the grace of God, became the greatest example of faith, liberty, and prosperity in the history of mankind. They love the humanist, socialist, and amoral culture they endeavor to advance by siphoning off the God-given resources of this nation.

The past two years have seen a stark display of the true face of this faction of our society. Their agenda had been cruising smoothly under the leadership of President Obama and was supposed to advance even more swiftly under a President Clinton. The worst thing that happened to the movement was President Trump. The desperate radical left retaliated with unleashed incivility that has been the recent state of America. There was the FBI debacle; endless and baseless investigations; violent demonstrations; the celebrity insanity of Kathy Griffin, Stephen Colbert, Madonna, Robert DeNiro, et al.; and the biased mainstream news media that trumpet everything negative about conservatism and the President while reporting almost nothing positive.

The last few weeks’ assaults from the left have escalated beyond comprehension. The family separation immigration issue was ignored for years until radical liberals, including the news media, saw an opportunity to showcase it with Trump in office. It has been like piranhas attacking a piece of raw meat. Outrage, accusations of cruelty, spontaneous demonstrations, screaming and weeping news commentators, fake pictures and reports. North Korea, the economy, tax cuts, etc. became invisible.

When the Red Hen restaurant refused to serve Sarah Sanders because she worked for the President, virtually all liberals applauded the restaurant. Quite a shift from when the same people demonized the conservative baker for not participating in a gay wedding because of religious convictions. Then there was Congresswoman Maxine Waters who incited mob force by instructing demonstrators, “If you see anybody from (Trump’s) Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.” Really? She is not an American; she is an anarchist representing radical liberalism. And, liberals will still vote for her.

Radical liberals will stop at nothing to force their will on the rest of America. Yet, it is very rare to observe conservatives responding in kind. Do you see conservatives demonstrate with violence, hear conservatives threaten injury or death, or know of conservatives who refuse to serve liberals just because they’re liberal? Typically, conservatives counter the radical left with civil means. Usually, that involves going to the voting booths to bring about change. That is what happened in November of 2016. The “red wave” of patriotic conservatism put Trump in the White House and a majority of conservatives in the House and Senate. The only chance conservatives have to weaken the radical liberal movement and ultimately keep the cancer in remission is to show up on election day with overwhelming presence. Don’t stoop to their bottom-feeder level of behavior. Help others to see these people for who they really are, but take your animus out on the ballot. There are more people in this country who love it and are passionate about its heritage than there are who want to dismantle it, at least for now. But, the majority loses when it allows the minority to elect its leaders.

We must not fall into the trap of staying home on election day because we are frustrated with some conservative politicians. A vote for a weak conservative is a far better choice than not voting. We must also convince others of the reality of losing our country as we know it and urge them to vote.
